Gotz Doll Jessica 18 Precious Day Collection of 2011 - girls toys for sale
Jessica (Gotz Doll Jessica 18" Precious Day Variety of 2011 - girls' toys) doll is superior quality doll. They have soft body, deep rooted hair, and lovely outfit. My daugher loves is. We likewise have Gotz Dolls Elisabeth 18" Precious Day Girls Collection 2011 - Elisabeth, another Gotz doll. My wife both dolls for over 24 months, they've been washed too many times and they are generally still in great condition. It's the same size as Americal Girl Doll, in fact it is way prettier and less expencive! Highly recommend.

I aquired this doll for my 5 yr. old as a substitute a great American Girl doll because American Girl dolls are for ages 8+. I didnrrrt would like to make probability of getting my 5 yr. old a costly doll that she cannot properly attend to. This doll says the head of hair might be shampooed and washed at the same time. I previously purchased the Gotz Muffin doll when she was 3. The doll seems like an even more mature version of her Muffin with the absolutely adorable, angelic looking face.
I did not look after the outfit she entered, but each of the money I saved from purchasing the American Girl, I got myself her a few 18" doll outfits to select the doll from Target. She fits all of the outfits not an issue. I need to say that my daughter i absolutely love this doll! I discovered that Gotz had been the original makers in the design for American Girl and German egineering ensures that my daughter could possibly get an abundance of numerous years of love out of this doll, until she is who are old enough for your American Girl.

UPDATE:
The vendor of the item, Playroom Toystore, has replaced the doll, and in many cases let my daughter keep your first one. I must hand them over a 5 star rating for customer care! Excellent. We've had no problems with the 2nd doll, though we have now not washed her hair.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I so wished to love this doll.

As they are, her face appears much wider than in the picture where her hair is on both sides of her cheeks. No problem, the girl with still beautiful.

Also as is also, her hair hasn't been straight as pictured, because of being tied in several location with elastic bands. Not an issue though, several spritzes with water and combing through it looked great.

The garments might have been better quality. The gown seems similar to a jacket, very short, and a few kind of capri type pants may have been included. The shirt is fully sleeved, and nearly impossible to maintain around the doll while gaining clothing (it isn't really like she will hold her sleeves while sticking her arms to the dress!) So the sleeves bunch up, making the shirt useless within the dress. Additionally it is useless outside the dress, which is too short to very much choose a couple of pants.

That's all of the very good news.

Unhealthy news relates to usage, which we had arrived competent to test immediately since my daughter decided to highlight the doll's hair with lipstick. I had to spray the hairs practically individually with hairspray and wipe away the many lipstick, which thankfully came off. Your hair can be quite good quality and beautiful. While shampooing her hair (that's advertised about the box), I noticed her eyelashes looked funny, like they'd been cut. Daughter vehemently denied this. I continued the washing as well as the brushing, plus the eyelashes looked worse. When i attemptedto shift them back into place, 95% from the eyelashes as eye Was released Inside my HAND!!!!!!!!!!!! You can imagine my horror!

I contacted Gotz in Germany via email and their response was: "We are very sorry until this has happened for your doll. This is simply not normal and for that reason I'd like need to one to contact the store where you purchased the doll. Maybe they have got another doll which enable it to exchange it."

Next I will contact owner along with the distributor to discover what can be done concerning this.

I wish Corolle will make an 18" doll!!
