Kanani American Girl Doll of the Year 2011 Paperback Book for sale

Kanani American Girl Doll of the Year 2011 Paperback Book for sale

Kanani Akina is 1/4 Hawaiian, 1/4 Japanese (from Dad), and 1/4 French and German (from Mom.) I too would've enjoyed black hair and chocolate eyes, but Kanani is bi-racial and this also is explained in her own Meet paper-back book.

My business is grown-up collector since 2006, and buying one historical AG doll per year. Kanani is my first "modern" doll and it is my absolute favorite. Her hair appears like a child's hair, soft and damp. I chose to straighten her curls after owning her per year because I primarily bought her on her face mold and duration of hair (to her knees). It is simple and fun to development as soon as you watch the tutorials online. Kanani is really a durable girl and pals around by himself. The girl with susceptible to frequent outfit changes and due to her olive/medium complexion, looks fabulous in anything - Hawaiian or not though Used to do want to choose the AG clothing line made specifically for her. She bears the "Jess" mold (GOTY 2006) and her eyes can be a blazing hazel. Put it altogether and she's a dream-come-true dolly. Her sundress is ocean blue punctuated with tiny sequins, blue ruffled sandals, pink panties, and a geniune looking kukui nut necklace however the nuts aren't real. She wears a durable floral hibiscus clip in her own hair.

I own some incredible dolls. Kanani (and all of my AG dolls) are in exactly the same class. Buy her when you can, she's definitely worth the price.
