This can be a lovely doll for that adult collector - a lot of detail sewn in the outfit plus a beautiful modern face paint. I really like that Mattel thought we would perform a modern gothic distinctive line of dolls - sexy and mysterious.

Associated with pension transfer in the Barbie Collector dolls, she gets solid legs which are not bendable. Since she's created for display rather than play, that's fine. These dolls are made to be displayed with a stand. But unlike the cheap barbies, the legs aren't holly and don't knock around.

The standard of her costume is amazing. She's got a raw musline undershirt/chemise with lace edging with the collar. A few/4 sleeves are also capped with black lace and delicate ribbons matching the garters for my child stockings. A black velvet corset has lovely lace up ribbons which can be tied at the pinnacle in the bow. I enjoy that the ribbons are scale-suitable for the size of the doll. My wife an extremely interesting puffy skirt with tartan details. The skirt is sewn towards the musline undershirt/bodysuit instead of really meant to be removed for play. Above the outfit would be the fourth layer - a red cape that has a rolled up hood. Interestingly, the hood doesn't open - it truly is rolled and stuffed. Her hair covers the most notable from it. And, of course, she has the fishnets with lace towards the top and red/black shoes. On the medial side her cape is usually a barbie collector label.

I think the one distraction would be that the skirt won't fit well on my doll. It's too large and bulky.

Her hair is long with the spine using a loose curl on the ends. She comes with a basket stuffed with goodies suitable for a forest romp.

The wolf doll is all about half the scale and equally (or else better) made. I'm not keen on the plastic head - I do wish it had been a ken doll having a removable wolf mask. But besides the plastic (soft vinyl, really) at once the wolf, I truly love this set.

As with ALL Barbie Collector dolls, it can be intended (and priced) for that adult collector. And i believe the adult collector will love her!
