This is a disappointment and, whether or not this hadn't been a present for Christmas, We would have returned it. It's reasonably well-made - the inside hanger is metal and looks like it will eventually manage well. However, inside is surely an open box insert - I recall my doll case as having drawer inserts - not only a wide open cardboard box. Put something from it and will also finish up all over the throughout the case. Wish there was interior descriptions. This item is quite expensive for which you will get. I'm in the operation of earning sliding drawers to the box and this case is of some use towards child who wanted this for Christmas. So, unless you're getting this to increase a Barbie collection and they are only expecting an issue that "seems as if" that which you may recall from 50 years ago, pass it down. Not worth the money.

I had been sufficiently fortunate to have my Elvis and Priscilla dolls to get a lesser price than that retailer is asking. The best option, however, is always to find the dolls from Amazon as is also impossible to get in brick-and-mortar stores (for example Walmart, Target) after selling-beyond them during the early August.
The dolls are beautiful and nicely packaged. It isn't positioned hand-in-hand as with the image, but side-by-side from the box. The dolls are 11.5 inches high which makes them as tall as the average Barbie.
Mattel did both Priscilla and Elvis justice making the dolls look very real; so often we see dolls made to appear to be their famous originals and do not even come close in likeness. Elvis and Priscilla were/are very beautiful people and the dolls certainly duplicate their likeness.
Where durability goes, well, in the event you keep them into their box [when they were can be] they should be fine, though I suggest plastic casing to preserve the rather top grade they [most certainly] will attain in the future. My box wasn't seeled all around leaving open gaps inside box allowing dust to obtain in - further proving the advantages of a case. However, if you are intending to allow the kiddies have fun with these dolls, they will endure equally efficiently as the average Barbie doll. Priscillas hair will probably get knotted/matted with breeze.
For educational value I gave these dolls 3 stars for that brief wedding bio for the box but for the replication on the Priscilla's bridal dress, Elvis' paisley tux and boots (Priscilla's feet can not be seen without opening the lamp i really am unsure which kind of shoe she's wearing), and their wedding bands - hey, this is history! There are 2-3 wedding photos on the box.
My overall rating was 4 stars simply because We would have preferred Elvis's hair to have been fabric (like Priscilla's) rather then plastic. I truly do believe the reasoning behind the plastic is so that this hair keeps your hands on Elvis' famous swooped-'do and shine. Besides that, these dolls for me, are simply just fantastic. I am certain any bride/groom could be content to receive this set being a gift.
These dolls will clearly be considered a treasure to fans, Barbie collectors, along with the driver with everything in mind.

I'm OK with Barbie, I must say i am. But she will be almost one dimensional. And Bratz have invariably been banned from your home, that may be not gonna change. So I was boastful as i found these dolls a little while ago while purchasing my 8 yr old daughter. They're cute without being boring, they're clothes are a lot more like those I'd allow my very own daughter to truly wear and they are hip enough for my daughter to become thinking about them.
I love the accessories that could be purchase to experiment with with your dolls as they are creative (allowing your kid to color, wipe away and recolor them) well , i think that I'm obtaining a good bargain for my money. They're besides made to be a Barbie doll too, so if you're child covers them, you never know, maybe someday (an extended Number of years from now), your grandchildren will relish them also.

Your swing opens and closes just as the the real guy. I have not attempted to make baby drink and wet, but supposedly it can then the special diaper turns some other color to point wetmess. The baby is adorable. I don't care for the big hole inside the mouth, but I recognize why it really is there. The baby is soft inside the legs and arms and somewhat flexible. The newborn's legs and arms do move. She's made in order that she can have realistic baby position. Your swing opens and closes just as the the real guy. I have not attempted to make baby drink and wet, but supposedly it can then the special diaper turns some other color to point wetmess. The baby is adorable. I don't care for the big hole inside the mouth, but I recognize why it really is there. The baby is soft inside the legs and arms and somewhat flexible. The newborn's legs and arms do move. She's made in order that she can have realistic baby position. I additionally don't look after the big button in the back of the doll, but it is there to lift reducing the child. This works fairly well. Overall this can be a great set. We've 2 of these.

Papa began to free them by reviewing the packaging (quite task) and now we immediately had complaints about the tiny kickstand. Whilst it was in your box everything held tight, but the moment rrt had been out, things began to split up. The kickstand (important to the bike being upright) wouldn't stay "snapped in" to its holder. Casey still loves the scooter, and Barbie is riding it all throughout the house. I do think we are toying using the thought of gluing the kickstand in...............most likely not.

my 5 yr old is gentle with your ex toys and has a lot of polly pockets. this playset is actually cute, using the dolls all dressed in costumes. for whatever reason, the durability factor because of this set is horrible. after messing around with this for example week, the mermaids tale is tricked, the jasmine top had a tear within it, the angel costume got holes poked in by pollys fingers, the princess sleeves both got ripped off, and every hat that includes a little string ripped off inside first 20 mins. most of these things, i watched my daughter do, others i actually did. it was from normal play by way of child who knows how these dolls work. none of the other sets have torn similar to this, the plastic seems like its thinner. i dont know what the problem is but i wouldnt recommend this set as the majority of the pieces break from very light child, or even careful adult play

We bought theo- Fancy Nancy cloth doll, 29", for my 4 1/2 year old daughter just a couple of weeks ago. She loves her! It is extremely well made, with a lot of detail put into her clothes and hair. The skirt is removable and theo- glasses are soft and don't remove, but you can pull them down into look at her eyes. I am guessing that they will be removed by my daughter (or her little brother) within the near future, and will need until be sewed back on. The size is perfect and she sleeps with her most nights, although theo- doll isn't super soft for sleeping with inside my opinion. I am very happy with the purchase and guess that we will get a lot of use out of her. I also purchased a Fancy Nancy book ("Explorer Extraordanaire") with her, which was a nice addition.
